Good app that lacks support...

This app is unique and performs quite well for what it does. The dev team however has horrible customer support. After having sent 5 emails to this dev, I have yet to have one response. Luckily the recent update fixed my issue of not being able to delete files off of the app. Good app, bad devs. I can not give this app a thumbs up because up until this update the app was basically abandoned. Avoid this app until the dev shows he/she cares.
