Try and try again, I cant find a program that will rip mp3 to mp2! Audacity wont do it! :-(

Nice idea, and over works well, but beatmatching is tough due to the lag of the controls. As for the previous users comment, Audacity does rip mp3 to mp2 in version 1.3. Happy hunting!

Making your mp3 into mp2 was easy for me I just followed the steps and used the audicity

App does exactly what it advertises. We perfected digital music after decades of research and then we degraded it into mp3 Now mono mp2. Are you kidding??? Apple needs to release the strangle hold on developers and allow them to build real stereo mixers that play mp3, aac & wav. Save your money for an app that plays mp3 (256 or better), aac or wav. mp3 being the worst, apple better and wav perfect.

Dont support any song I purchase in iTunes... u need to fix that ...

Not a DJ myself but its a fun great app. For beginners it would be great to have a sync button/ option like in many of the computer softwares out there. Also would be good to just be able to get the music stright from iTunes and not have to FTP the music.

This aplication is good ..great work But the problem is music file not support mp3 , mp4 .. So please fix this problem .. all my music i have in mp3 and mp4 ...

Only supports mono MP2 files. Waste of money.

I have been waiting since launch day for an app like this. There is nothing even close to this in the app store. However, it clearly has a lot of room for improvement. It could really use a time stretching engine instead of a pitchbend. Also bpm estimate and beatmarkers would come in handy. It would seem that some companion software for mac and pc to prep the files for use on the phone would be very valuable. Also the graphic representation of the audio makes it very difficult to pick out beats on songs that arent just four on the floor techno or hip hop tracks. The file conversion is a pain, but it allows you to put a lot of files on your phone. All in all I am very excited for the future of this app and hope one day to actually be able to use it at the club.

So Im on the subway in Ny and bored but then I remember, Ive just got my new mixing app! Ive downloaded my new tunes and I am now mixing on the subway and dont even have to wait till I get home! This is the best! I love it. For all djs new or been mixing for ages you are going to love this. Just get it and enjoy and happy mixing anywhere u are at anytime. Lets go djs , the app has arrived!.

Starts right up. Nice retro tone with old school knobs. Has a good feel and pretty intuitive to use.

Well I tried to go against the grain, but I shouldnt have. I bought this app and its alot of BS. I cant upload my music. Can someone please post instruction. Iam using a 3G S (16gb). Iam trying to use "filezilla". Please help or tell me how I can get a refund.

This program seems very kewl. Dual decks pitch control needs beat match but u cant use ur iPod library. Dont buy until there is a update to allow ur own library.

Yeah totally agree. Their customer service rocks. This is the best DJ app on the app store and it costs less than all the other ones. I bought touchy dj when it was on sale and it was both more expensive and does LESS than Quixpin. Thanks Quixonic!!!
